About me
As far as I can remember, I started dancing ballet at the age of six. According to my mother, though, I actually began dancing at two, joining her band’s training sessions.
I’ve danced almost every style imaginable — from ballet and hip hop to kizomba and cheerleading. You name it, I’ve tried it. I don’t stick to just one style; I love mixing them all together. For me, dance is an outlet, a way to move freely. I see dancing more as storytelling, and fortunately, each style offers plenty of opportunities to do that.

About me
My mother always says, "You started dancing before you could even walk," describing how I would quietly bounce along to music in my stroller. Before I was four, she enrolled me in ballet, which I continued until I was twelve at various dance schools in The Hague.
Beyond ballet, I explored many styles from childhood into young adulthood: jazz ballet, tap dance, street dance, hip hop, modern, and salsa. As a child, I dreamed of becoming a professional dancer, but ultimately, I pursued a degree in medicine.

About me
When I was younger, I used to imitate music shows like TMF and The Box. I would pretend to be the VJ (presenter) and introduce myself as the “artist,” then start singing and dancing to Backstreet Boys and Spice Girls.
I was born and raised in Drenthe, where there was only one dance school. Together with a friend, I took classes there. I think I was about nine years old. We would perform with the dance school during local Drenthe celebrations for the village. I loved it!
